Seamless Pressure Vessels for Transporting Gases under DOT Regulations

CPI Seamless Pressure Vessels for transportation of fluids and gases are designed and manufactured in compliance with the regulations of U.S. Department of Transportation (Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations). These regulations cover the manufacture, marking, maintenance, repair, reconditioning and testing of seamless pressure vessels, and they prescribe the requirements for transportation of hazardous materials.

All of Christy Park's DOT Seamless Pressure Vessels are built to these exacting specifications. Every finished vessel is tested and inspected as specified, with a final hydrostatic test to 5/3 of the design service pressure. We produce DOT vessels in a wide range of sizes, and in a configuration which lends itself readily to the design and fabrication of transportation assemblies.
